I've always battled weight problems as a kid and was determined to get in the best shape of my life. However, every time I tried i failed because I was always trying to find a short cut or I wasn't knowledgable to succeed. So for years, My weight kept going up and down until it peaked to 234lbs. That's when I said to myself, " that's it, i'm not getting any younger and I'm not getting closer to my goal either" I did some research and realized that diet was number one and started to workout really hard August 2012. I lost a few pounds but felt limited and was discouraged I wasn't transforming like the people i see on transformation of the week etc... I decided to hired a coach and he totally shift my paradigm and showed me what I was doing wrong. I followed his plan from December 10th at 212lbs 19% and stepped on stage at 4% weighing at 183lbs and won my class and the overall in a NPC Men's Physique competition. It was the best feeling in the world and from there I knew, there was no stopping me with fitness.
Why I Love it
The number one reason I love working out is inspiring others. Inspiring people keeps me going and it's a great feeling to help someone get out of the slump i was in for years with word of encouragement or even progress pix.
