My initial reasons for starting a workout program was not a good reason i wasnt doing it for me i was doing it for someone else, i have long since changed my views and values when it comes to my appearance i workout for myself and how it makes me feel at the end of the day.

I enjoy working out for several reasons one my job can be quite stressful and its the most relaxing thing there is for me, two it has kept me clean of smoking going for 2 years strong now any time i felt that urge to light up i hit the gym, three i feel so energetic and enthusiatic about things after a good workout and my overall mood has improved, and finally i like how i can SEE my appearance change and constantly improve from all the hardwork and effort i put forth.
