Finally had enough of looking and feeling terrible about a 1 1/2 years ago. I alway hid behind clothes, a size 12 pretty much since I was 17. I pretty much thought that's what I was intended to weigh. I had gone on a weekend with friends and a few months later saw the pics of myself, it disgusted me. The women I thought were overweight at the camping trip were the same size as me!! It was then I put myself on the right track. I uploaded the myfitnesspal app and started learning what I was putting in my body and OMG I had no idea. I don't think people realize just what they eat, maybe they don't want to know!!
I was around 163 lbs & a size 12 age 43 when my journey began & now I'm 135.5 and a size 5 age 45! This is who I should have been all along. I workout an average of 5-6 days a week and have a lifestyle change, not a diet! Life is beautiful!
