I started working out when I was a sophomore in highschool. Both of my older brothers were into lifting and I was really interested in it. Seeing their results made me want to achieve the same thing. Initially I thought it was all about how much one could lift (typical highschool male mindset.) After suffering a shoulder injury, I realized bragging rights are not worth it and GOOD FORM IS! Excellent form yields results, plain and simple.
I love the results that i get from lifting. I love the feeling of a good pump and just how I feel in general after a great lift. It is cleansing for the mind, body and soul in my opinion. Over the past few months I've realized how important nutrition really is in getting results. Eating healthy is a must when it comes to working out, if you wish to achieve anywhere near your true potential.
