I was very sick at time growing up. Couldnt keep food down. Was pale and skinny on the verge of nothingness. This affected how active I was and took me away from sports. Bodybuilding was saving grace to show my committed mental attitude
When I started bodybuilding, it was because of a very close family friend, he got huge. At the time, 17 y/o, I was still suffering.
I spent alot of time searching online for natural cures and implementing them to see if they helped. Throughout the years I have built a foundation in my diet that works and I am much better now, though still have a very fast metabolism.
The healthy eating style I implemented worked very well with bodybuilding. Bodybuilding gave me hope and joy, potential for the future. Something in which my emotions and effort is constantly reflected on me. Unlike a diploma which you leave at home, I carry my hard work and the manifestation of my thoughts everywhere. <3
I love bodybuilding so much, I will dedicate the rest of my life to it.
Setting goals, achieving them while lifting, has taught me well to set goals and achieve them when NOT lifting. If I can achieve my goals pushing while working out, I feel like every else is also achievable .
Improving myself as a person in various ways everyday is what I do.
Endorphins, sweat, goals, joy, self accomplishment, seeing results of hard work everyday and then helping others feel the happiness and joy I feel is what I LOVE and what I live for.
Its more then a hobby this is my life!*tear in eyes cause it means that much
