Hello everyone,
Well I started as a dancer from the age of 3-23, and was always somewhere between an ectomorph and mesomorph body type, and usually led a pretty active lifestyle. I stopped dancing when I graduated college and have had some productive yet inconsistent stints of working out since (you know... gym 3x/week for 3-5 months then stop, pick up a year later, same thing).
I really want to build a shaplier, stronger, more healthy ME. I'd like my body to be a well oiled machine that can burn fat and help me maintain health and fitness for a lifetime. I'd also like to regain the discipline and determination that makes fitness a LIFESTYLE and not just a summer fad.
When I work out and eat correctly, I feel GREAT. I am healthier, look better, have more energy. Plus, seeing results fuels my achievement based nature. I am a true Aries :o)
