So I gained a bunch of weight and wanted to drop it. Grew up pretty athletic, but really wanted to shed all of the fat and have an eye candy body...It's gonna be work, but It'll be worth it.

I love the feeling afterwards. Knowing that I'm doing something good for my body. Plus I've been seeing great results and have found a great community of other gym rats on Bodyspace.
