WHATS UP EVERYBODY! so basically ho w i got started lifting was i was in the 8th grade 127lb.. whenever i looked myself in the mirror i was disgusted because how skinny i was. Everyone who was close to me would comment about my " physique" and i was def insecure about ma self bitches in general. so one great day i accidentally stumbled upon a program called Strong lifts 5x5 and gave me a concrete foundation on lifting, nutrition, power-lifting, how to recovery properly etc etc.. and ive been lifting ever since (:
the reason why bodybuilding, power-lifting, power-building, or any type of exercise is so amazing is because self improvement. im always looking for new was to become the best version of myself. and lifting for me is like a "video game" every time i hit a new PR or notice some new GainZZ its like leveling up or getting a new prestige.
