I started working out because I decided to take a (PEX) Physical Activity Program class during the summer of 2014. I first took Weight training to familiarize myself with the proper ways and technique to use the weight and exercise machine. After the first semester was done I took it again the second semester because I enjoyed it so much. When fall semester started I wanted to take more because I enjoy it so much therefore I took women conditioning and volleyball class that they offered. I enjoyed going to the gym that I took the extra class that they offered at the gym such as Zumba toning, cardio explosion, Pilate, hula , and so on.... I love working out because of the after effect, the feeling that you accomplished something, the progress how you can see you body transform gradually.it motivates me to push forward, most importantly I do not see it as a task or routine to stay in shape however as a fun hobbies that I do on my spare time with friends such as volleyball. Even though I would love to have a trainer but is not in my budget.
