Well i signed up for City to surf run , and i though i would at least look in shape for the race so i starting hitting the local gym properly and from that i learnt more about supplements , training plans and now i'm hooked.

It is something you do which is for yourself , i'm not a selfish person i'm pretty happy doing stuff for others without complaints , my moto has always been if you have something which can help someone out you should help them out, but this is something that just for me and it help me focus my body and mind and has made me a better person for it.
