The first year was a year of terrible eating, extremely minimal gains, and no real goals. I was lean though at about 9% and 65kg. Then last summer when working abroad I met a bodybuilder and PT who saw potential in me and said he'd get me huge gains for a very small fee. He gave me a new diet and workout plan and 2 weeks later I had gained 5 kg with minimal fat gains. Sadly without juice I will never achieve those huge gains again in such a short space of time, but those 2 weeks taught me so much, and that was when I decided to try and take it to the next level, by watching my diet carefully and training hard. I made a few mistakes along the way by way of overtraining and under eating but am extremely close to my goal of 80kg (176 lbs) and should be there in 1-2 weeks. My aim then is to get down to 8-9% bodyfat at 75kg (165 lbs) for the summer and start fitness modelling.
