I was always small and skinny growing up. Teased many times during my teenage years by what I thought were my friends. At age 17 I started going to the gym and noticed a good change after a couple of months. This gave me a confidence boost that I so desperately needed. However my training and diet was almost non existent. This lead me to quit when I was 19 because I never made any progress and I was very unhappy with my life in general.
Fast forward to 21 and my life was the worst it had ever been. No friends, no social life, no goals and inspirations, no employment, no achievments. All I did was play games and watch tv shows all day to escape reality. Then one day in the summer of 2011 I had an awakening. What am I doing with life? The number one obvious change for me was: gym.
I started paying attention to attention to training routines and my diet with the help of scooby1961 on youtube. I noticed quick improvements in the mirror and in strength and found my self addicted to this lifestyle. This paved the way for my present and future.
