I grew up in a household where health and fitness was an important part of life. We had a gym in our house and worked out as a family everyday. I let my health go after two children, working full time, and starting a family business. I have realized that to feel complete and happy again I need to start taking care of my health and putting my fitness first!

The feeling I get after a hard workout is second to none. I feel more energetic and can be more active with my family!
