My story-
We all have had hard times. My hard times led me to fall in LOVE with bodybuilding.
I had my first child very young and made me grow up fast. As my son matured as a teenager, he was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. He had a tendency to be easily guided, yet he was always calm and cooperative. Due to increasing costs associated with Asperger's, I filed for and was awarded an increase in Child Support. My son's attitude changed almost immediately following the court ruling. He ran away from home straight to his dadââ¬â¢s house. It cannot be denied how transparent this was. I know he will be back in my life one day.
The depression by the loss of my son and other issues drove me and my husband apart. We started to live separate lives. As I felt life could not get any worse I spent more and more time at the gym. The people were so nice and it became my second home.
A friend mentioned a program by Jamie Eason called Live Fit. I never thought I would try something like body building but I needed a change. All Hope was lost and a deep drepression had already set in. After logging on, watching the videos and printing off my food ideas I felt ready to go. Now I am on my second go around and am taking it way more seriously.
I am so grateful to have my 11 year old son Riley on board with me. And my husband and I started doing Mud run 5k's together.
Time to CRUSH some workouts!
