I remember through out high school I always wanted to be ripped like the body builders but just never found the motivation to do it. But whenever my friends started going out and partying and drinking I found out that I didn't like to do all that stuff. So I got bored and sometimes got depressed because it didn't really feel like I had any friends, so I used the gym as my escape and stress reliever. I found my motivation there from different people/friends that gave me advice and the motivation I needed to keep pushing toward my goals.

I love working out because it's a stress reliever, and I love it when I put my work in at the gym and on my diet and see results!
