I started because Im tired of being FAT.No more excuses, no bitching, just do something about it and so Ive made changes in what I eat, & am actively doing some form of exercise at least 4x/wk.

for the most part I like working out..I just need to keep with it and keep good form anmd everything else will fall into place. I hope to gain lots of knowledge about transforming my body and how to get there by joining this site!
