AT 15 Is When I started loving it. I was doing homeschooling Short story parents were going through a split been married for like 30 plus years so total shock! I was adopted. So at 15-16 ish we moved to a horrid small town parents split up I was alone. Kinda distanced myself from friends and homeschooled and did tea bo VHS vidoes. And the High School was down the street so I walked and ran/walked the track like every day! I got into low fat foods not fast foods and was thinning out that baby weight. I was average size not too big not skinny. I would do step ups on a crate. And being home studying on my own and working out reading the bible was it for me ever since then It was a Way to Get back on track and clear my head and figure things out! It helped my thinking process which studies show that Exercise dose so. During that time my dad was also having a hard time. It was then when it was just my dad and I after my mother left and brother went with her so my bro was gone a year younger than me. AT the early early morning my father wakes me hes having a heart Attack. I almost had a heart attack. It was rough my older brother came down from vegas in like 2 hours and was their to help I had no idea. It was rough. From then on I just seen my dad health go down hill. I would try to help him as much someone wants to be helped all you can do is try. That Was the begging of it all When times got hard I did find fitness to be my Air.
