I've tried many things to lose weight. Most fail. For me, the more active I am..the easier it is to lose the weight. I started seeing women who are 50..that look amazing. They are strong, not just slender. I decided I want that strength too..and it will help me burn more fat. That strength looks like it would feel amazing. Thats what I'm after.

Bodybuilding gives me more energy, and gets me closer to my goal than anything else I've ever done.
