Well I used to work out alot in high school during sports but as years past I slacked off till I was at the point that I was always playing video games, eating really unhealthy, and just being lazy all day. Then one day I looked myself in the mirror real good and said...Do you really want to live and die like this John? Nothing to show for in your life than just being a lazy slob?...Hell no! So Im getting back on track to wear I'm eating better food, exercising and lifting weights, and just feeling better about myself. I know I have a ways to go to have the body that I want but hell if you really want something you just gotta go for it! My inspirations for doing this was myself wanting to just feel better about myself, my loving family, Furious Pete made a big Impact on me after I found him on youtube one day ha ha guys a beast! Elliott Hulse is like my idol and teacher. Kai Greene through is workout video's and his day in the life was huge part of my way of thinking and lifting. I thrive to be the strongest version of myself and inspire others to do the same. - from ES
I love doing this because I feel better about myself, I feel great, and working out / bodybuilding is a great way for me to blow off alot on anger I have sometimes dealing with the people around me and normally after my workout I'm happy and all the stupid stuff doesn't matter anymore and It keeps my mind set positive.
