Felt motivated for change! Wasn't happy with who I was / how I looked, Major self confidence issues

Feels good and its even better when you notice results, Your improving who you are! It's become an addiction now I get nutty if I'm not able to go to the gym, it's one of the best addictions ever in my opinion that is if you want to be addicted to something haha :P
