I looked down at my stomach in the mirror one day, as I was shaving, and noticed it was dancing back and forth up and down. I had really let myself go over the last couple of years. Processed foods and make quick dinners, like tuna helper, had been my mainstay diet..seeing as I was living the bachelor life. I took a long look in he mirror, slapped my stomach, and said I have to change this.
Since the beginning of February '13, I joined my local park district fitness complex, started Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer, and I've cleaned up my diet significantly, (the only "fast food" that I've had has been Subway). I am definitely feeling a difference, and visible results are starting to show through. I think bodyspace is a great asset, both for motivation and information. Everybody keep up the great work!
I am a complete newb right now, but I like it so far. I like the soreness, and I know I'm gonna like the results if I just stick to it.
