I got started when working out at the beginning of march. I knew that I needed to loose weight and didn't like the way I felt. I have not been in the gym in years. I went from being underweight at 90 lbs to being almost over weight at 160 1bs in six months. In this first month I have lost seven pounds. Every week I haved learned something new about working out by reading information online and stuff like that. I came across Arnold Schwarzeneggers encyclopedia of Bodybuilding and decided I needed more than just cardio and light weight training at the gym. I want to transform my body and be the best I can be.

I love working out period! I feel so good after a hard workout and I love watching how my body is changing. Working out gives me a high in a way when my muscles are being pushed to their limits. I dunno I just really love working out ;)
