As long as I can remember I have been an active person but not always healthy. I played soccer for several years and was in good shape but not perfect because I would not eat healthy. With in the past four years I have put on quite a bit of weight since I stopped playing soccer. I keep talking about changing and I have even tried a couple of times but I can never stick to what it is I'm doing. Now I finally have a great support system that is going to help me stick to my goals. As I progress through the tough times ahead I hope to see a significant change in my self confidence and physical and mental health!!
Every time I work out I feel so much better about myself even if its just jogging a half a mile. That feeling you get when you know your doing something good for your body is hard to explain but that is what will keep me going even when the pain seems to much. And the look people give you when they are mad because they are to lazy to do something to better their own bodies is priceless. In general I love when I work out because it just feels great!
