I lived a rather unhealthy lifestyle and never really felt the need for the gym. I was always super thin and never gained any weight. I was also a smoker who wished he never smoked. After my divorce I decided i needed to make some changes. I got tired of the person in the mirror and decided its time to make a change. First thing I did was cut sugars and started what appeared healthy on menus. I had no idea cutting everything with sugar would cause me to unknowingly cut caffeine and go through a insane withdrawal period! Shortly after that I started the p90x program to completion. Somewhere in the mix I finally found a way to quit smoking that worked! Since then I have run my own intense workout programs in my gym at work using the very limited equipment that we have. I can finally say that im building my body and improving my life.
