I have always been into the fitness aspect of my life. I was a three-sport athlete in collehe playing lacrosse, running cross country, and playing field hockey. I was always practicing and striving to improve my performance levels. I began lifting weights my freshman year of college to try and get an upper hand on my size. I have always been thought of as the skinny, scrawny girl who cannot pack a punch. I wanted to change that image and have started to do so. Now I love being at gym, it is like my second home.
Who doesnât love working out. I love the way it makes me look and feel. Lifting weights is a great stress relief and there is not a day that I do not look forward to going to the gym. Now I have established a routine and if I do not workout I feel worthless. I have people ask me to help them in the gym, which upâs my confidence and motivation.
