I was frustrated with not seeing weight loss nor experiencing endurance when going to the gym. I knew nutrition was a missing piece for me but didn't know where to begin. So I started talking with a friend who's a trainer herself and also started doing my own research. I came across Bodybuilding.com and ta da...the pieces began to fall into place. The work outs are challenging but mapped out in a systematic way making them achievable from the start. The nutrition and meal plans are an absolute must for me. I'm a single mom with three kids (two in college) and a working life, so the less figuring I need to do the better. I'm on this journey because I WANT THIS! There are no external pushes on me. I want to be the best ME there is because I am the only ME there is. I'm anticipating life long changes, not only in my physic but in my mind and more importantly my soul. Velvet covered steel is what I am, and what I will be...Every day! :)
