For about 7 years I had bad back pain on a daily basis. Every morning at 4 am I would wake up and have tremendous pain. About 3 years ago I started running, which helped already a lot but didn't take the pain away fully. A year ago a friend, who used to be a professional Bodybuilder in Ecuador, invited me to lift some weight. I always was interested in doing this but never got started because I didn't know the right way to do it. Now I had no excuses anymore. Ever since I started lifting weights the back pain is gone. It feels good to have a pain free night and at the same time see some results in my physique.

It gives me the chance to do something else. AND most of all it feels good to have a great physique - well I am getting there :-)
