I first started workout out when I was 16 after school with friends, we never knew any better so we trained upper body only with poor form to start with. Since then over the last 4 years I have taught myself a lot about physical fitness & nutrition and I'm now a qualified Gym Instructor currently studying to be a personal trainer.

I love working out because it's a hobby, interest and also gives me an outlet and something to strive for every day.
