I began working out at 14 because I had all boy cousins that were football and basketball stars. They would always push me to do whatever they did as far as working out, sports, eating, pretty much anything went. I loved to compete and push my body as far as I could, it was a rush to me. Between getting married and quickly having 5 stair step children I never stopped working out. It got more and more difficult to keep it together but I managed well! Until I was injured. I got hurt in March of 2010 went thru 2 years of physical therapy and I've hit the ground running, I am not looking back! I love this!!!
I love the adrenaline rush I get from working out. I love the health benefits, I love the way a fit body looks , I love the way I feel (stronger, happier, healthier) when I work out. Most importantly I LOVE THE WAY MY CHILDREN RESPOND TO AND IMITATE the fit and healthy lifestyle, PMA (positive mental attitude), and health conscious approach we take in all the things we do.
