I had my second child and realized I'd better do something or it wasn't going to be pretty! Now, I have my own training business and help others get healthy.

I feel strong, powerful and sexy. I can do things most other women that I know can't. I feel confident in my physical abilities and in my life in general. I love to challenge myself physically either in the gym or outdoors doing what I love - surfing and running.
