I started working out as a teen when I discovered my love for running! Since then, I have competed in all distances, ranging from winning local 5k's, to completing the Boston Marathon. Weight training dramatically improved my performance, but now I am looking to ditch the "skinny-fat" physique!

I love the way I feel after working out! It also reminds me how hard work does continue to pay off!
