I have been active on and off most of my adult life, but would always allow other priorities to get in the way. In the back of my mind I have always had a desire to compete, but never made the commitment to this lifestyle to achieve that goal. Last year I finally made the conscious decision to embrace this lifestyle and stop making excuses.

I love the small changes that I am starting to see in my body, and the structure that this lifestyle brings into my life. I am a very impatient person, so I am learning through this process to be patient as my transformation will take time. In the end, I think engaging in bodybuilding/working out will make me a better person inside and out.
