While I was working on my Bachelor's degree, I was working 50 hours per week, getting the grades and trying to spend time with my family. I worked an hour away from home and lived an hour a way from school. I spent about 3 hours per day on the road for 2 years. I ate when and whatever I could find quickly. My last semester, I decided that enough was enough and I needed to change my ways or I would die young like my father. That is when I decided that I wanted to start working out. Fast forward one year and now it is a part of life for me. I started seeing the pounds melt away and that was really encouraging. I am stronger than I have been since playing football in my early college days. I feel better and look better and am really excited about what the future holds!
Working out has given me the opportunity to change something about myself that has forever been a burden. When I am in the gym, I find peace in getting in the zone and pushing myself further than I ever imagined. My wife can't keep her hands off of me and that is also a BIG added benefit! HA-HA I am loving the new me and excited about learning how to sculpt my body and build my strength!
