I was always a bigger, healthier kid growing up and then I became very small in high school by way of ADHD medication. When I graduated in 2006, I weighed about 125-130 lbs. I gained 50 lbs my freshman year of college... I was in school for Exercise Science and I wasn't looking the part. I Had several friends who were body building (guys) and they told me if I would take care of myself, I would be great in bikini. So, with the instilled knowledge I had from my Mother (who is a black belt, retired military, RN, and once a long distance runner before a total hip replacement) and my education, I began slowly changing my lifestyle on my own from 178 lbs at 5'3" in 2008 and now my body stays around 130 lbs and I have 'grown' to 5'3.75" (my posture improved with fatloss and muscle strengthening) off stage and 113-117 on stage.
Why I Love it
It changed my life. I used to drink and smoke and eat terribly. I live for my body and m physique now, not just a 'good time'.
