My mom was always a fitness enthusiast. My first taste of the weight room was with her and my passion for strength health fitness and nutrition just grew from there.

I find it extremely satisfying to see the gains and strength and fitness that are possible when you dedicate yourself to a good program. The things that people can do is amazing.
