When I graduated High School back in 2006 I weighted only 96lbs. I was a geek pretty much through out high school, but during my senior year I decided to take a weight training class . From there I really started looking into Fitness. I wanted to join the military right after high school, but the minimum weight requirement for my height (5' 2") was 106 lbs. For the next 3 years I went to a community college and worked out on my off time. My parents told me I should just eat butter & PB&J's to put on the weight... of course I did not want that. After graduating from the college I finally made the minimum weight of 106 lbs. A few months later I left out for Basic Military training and finally made my way into the United States Air Force. Surprisingly my first job in the military landed me in the Fitness Center. I enjoyed what I did and continued to workout on and off duty. Currently I am now 125 lbs almost 30 lbs worth of pure muscle and looking for more!
