I've always been a "fit" person, I would watch what I eat, read all nutrition labels, and run. As a teenager I picked up bad eating habits. As I got older I noticed how much fat was on my body VS muscle, I noticed just going up and down the stairs would wind me, I noticed how bad I felt internally on a daily basis. So January 2015 I signed up for the family Y and that is where it all began.
My love for working out turned into my love for nutrition, and recently my love for body building. First of all it is a wonderful way to blow off steam. Any time I was feeling stressed I would go to the gym and walk out with a smile rather than RBF. I love to push myself to do things I initially thought would not be possible for me. I've always loved a challenge mentally and physically. That is why I love working out/body building, I get to push myself to the limits and really ask myself "How bad do you want it?". And needless to say the results are amazing and I find it fun achieving those results!
