I've been into exercise since the 6th grade, I remember keeping logs taped to my bedroom door. Ever since, I've been into some type of sport (long distance running mainly) or exercise. Currently, I train at least 5 days a week, sometimes two-a-days. I enjoy intense exercise programs. My workouts vary from weightlifting (LOVE LOVE LOVE barbell compound movements), sprint drills, HIIT, circuits, EMOM's, AmRaPS, and I still run long distances. I've never done the exact same workout twice. I want to be strong, fast, and have endurance...I kind of want it all. Of course having a nice figure matters to me as well, but with all the training modalities I do...that just comes along with the course. One type of exercise I dont' do is isolation type exercises where I spend a session focusing on just one muscle group (s); I get bored with that.
