I feel like time has been wasted because I didn't know about bodybuilding.com but I started my commitment to fitness with the beach body program Insanity. I had some results from that but there's just something about going to the gym and lifting weights that I just can't get enough of. I'm really feeling a passion for fitness and I'm committed to my goal. I want this soooooooooooo bad.
I love the feeling of doing something good for your body. I love seeing other people in the gym and out in public who have the determination, dedication and commitment to bettering themselves. I love that extra rep after "I can't". It's weird but I get a kick out of that out of breath feeling, face heart rate and then trying to bring your heart rate down. My most recent obsession at the gym is rowing!!!! I love it! 30 seconds as hard as you can, then a medium-slow pace for 30s-1m... I cannot get enough of it. I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself, I feel like I'm accomplishing something everyday and I'm doing what's best for my body, I deserve to feel good inside and out.
