I started when I signed up for football in high school. During my sophomore year, my little brother died. This event sent me into a downward spiral of depression and anorexia. After 6 months of self-torture, my school counselor confronted me and told me that I needed to find something to help me get through the mourning process; I found sanctuary in the gym. I had to slowly build myself back into shape, not only for football, but to help myself live a healthier and happier life. I've been training hard for the past four years with a goal in mind- become the best model of health and fitness to motivate and help those around me to live a healthier and happier life. Be the best version of you.

I love the feeling of being challenged and knowing that I can best myself in someway everyday.
