I've been overweight all my life. I remember being 13 years old at 300lbs and when it finally got to highschool i was pressured into the football team which started my working out process. Picking up habits from there I started my journey.

Besides the obvious social appeal of it I love getting that energy and aggression out in a positive way. Shows determination, focus and drive. If you cant maintain your temple which is your body into a certain condition how could you succeed in anything else.
