My dad bought me a membership to 24hr Fitness my junior year in high school since I no longer wanted to competitively swim. I have been on and off with achieving and maintain my fitness goals ever since. But after I was put on bed rest for my ENTIRE pregnancy and couldn't stand seeing the reflection in the mirror, I decided it was time to commit to my goals and set a stable and healthy example for my daughter!

The feeling you get not only when you look in the mirror and see how well your hard work has paid off, but the simple fact that my body and mind overall just feel cleaner, stronger, healthier and more stable is something that I cant get enough of. The personal reward brought on by great progress is seemly instrumental in gaining confidence and pride in your abilities and what you're capable of achieving next.
