I have been active my entire life. Playing sports and cheerleading in high school kept me fit. Having a military family left me no choice. I decided to enlist in 1993 and the rest is pretty much history. I will not be the out of shape fat body. I struggle with upper body strength. I will overcome that this year.

I love being fit! I love being able to run/jog all day in the spring and summer. I love building my body and knowing that I can accomplish my goals.
