I got started about October this year, I used to be very fit when I was young, participating in all sports individuel and collective, and excelled in most. Unfortunately got hit by a number of sports related injuries some of which long term and gradually got unfit, unwilling to let myself heal properly I jumped straight back in and got hit by the same injuries again, the rest is history!
Now..I'm 34...reasonably fit as I am abit hyperactive and don't stop all day, I have started this in order to not only transform my body but also become a fitter and better person, gain confidence and be proud of my body again.
Problem is when I started this website in late October, I got hit with Sciatica and my back went on me again, so for the last two weeks I've been hobbling around with a walking stick, I'm stronger now and can't wait to jump back in the gym again. ;)
I love the sense of alertness and energy it gives me, When I'm in there, I just want to tear the arse out of it and beat the challenges it faces me with, strange I know but I built this multigym in my house years ago and it's like it has beaten me once before...Now it's time for revenge. I am eager to reach my goal of obtaining a fit strong body but also a toned muscular body to be proud of. If anyone has any tips for me please share, Cheers
