Standing 6'0 tall and always having curves I've gotten too comfortable with the extra weight I carry. I've always been active outdoors, and occasional classes at the gym wasn't making the changes I wanted. Now I'm on a journey to a healthy and fit life style putting myself first, finally taking my body to the next level and pushing pass the limits of what I am capable of.

I love seeing the changes my body is making and pushing myself into the burn. It makes me feel amazing, I love seeing the progress, how my body reacts and how I feel after a good workout. I'm becoming stronger mentally and physically. I'm excited to go above and beyond and really see what I can acheive.
