I have always been into fitness. Especially since I have taken dance since I was five. While I am still relatively young I want to challenge myself to get in the best shape I possibly can. I also want to set a good example for my parents and have them get into better shape as well. I admire fitness models like Jamie Eason and Diana Dalgren for their beautiful fit yet feminine physics and hope to get into that kind of shape. I am currently finishing out my last month of the Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer program and have loved my results so far!!!

I love working out because of the energy I feel afterwards. I also love the sense of accomplishment you feel after a good workout. your body is a temple and you only get one so you should take good care of it.
