Until two years ago I have always worked out and been fit. I am now ready to get back in shape and change my body back to the way it used to be. I know it's going to take some hard work. I love to lift weights and have started with Jaime Eason ' s 12 week plan, to kick start the weight loss.

Working out clears my head. I love to way my muscles feel after a good weight work out. Cardin is not my favorite and I basically have to force myself to do it.
