Been working out since 2007 to keep my mind busy from a bad break up. Didn't realize that I was just "exercising" instead of bodybuilding which was my goal so about in 2009 I started to train the right way with free weights and didnt use machines as much. In 2011 I started to understand the mechanics and science behind how the body works, recovers, and repairs itself. It wasn't until 2012 I started to see my goals slowly come along. It took me so long to ask questions that I should've asked when I first started that way I wouldn't had wasted so much time. I learned the hard way through years of trial and error. As a ectomorph/hardgainer I understand how others feel so I try my best to influence and motivate other ectomorphs to accomplish what I did in a shorter amount of time allowing them to learn through my errors of not asking help or information.
