It was a long journey. When I was in high school, I was just a skinny kid. After high school, I started hitting gym and did some training workouts. But, while I was pushing myself in my first local gym in 2008, the gym was accidentally gone out of business. Consequently, I couldn't transform my body anymore.
But, fortunately, I found a new gym in 2009. Then, I've started trainings all over again. I've trained there for two years and then, out of the blue, I've lost my progress again.
In the period of 2011 to 2012, I've gained weight and got fat!
After that I've planned to do some abs workout first, before I start hitting back to gym again. And now, fortunately I've found this bodybuilding.com website and found some amazing workouts here. Accordingly, I've joined a new local gym and started doing the Kris Gethin's 12 week tranformation program yesterday (14th August 2012). Plus, I've also started using a Supplement (Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey). This is my first time using the supplement.
I love bodybuilding because I am the only one who have total responsibilities for my body transformation. There is no one to blame but myself if I don't reach my goals. I have to lift the weights and watch my diet by myself. It's all about self-discipline, strength of will, strong determination.
