I started in weight training class in high school, aft,r that i joined the army and join an elite fighting unit as an airborne ranger where I train like an Olympic . after my service I had built and incredible physique. I took my competitiveness and and void i felt from not being a solider and applied my disciplining to bodybuilding.I struggled to win any shows as a bodybuilder as I am 6'4, not trying to make excuses but my build is meant for Men"s physique so know I have a realistic goal of obtaining my pro card. I never had a chance of getting pro status as a bodybuilder without destroying my body with high amounts of anabolics, now I am training for a national show in July 25th in my first attempt at the infamous IFBB pro card, I never would of even got to nationals as bodybuilder and am loving my renewed spirit geared toward mens physique which is allot healthier of a lifestyle and appeals more to man stream. men's physique is taking over, i have respect for bodybuilder but that look is not pealing to most people as it is not realistic.
I love working out because it is a healthy lifestyle and it really brings into effect the whole notion that age is just a number. I love the rush I get from training. I am completely addicted i am a workout junkie,
